Does anybody know of any crewing slots going on a racing slot? I'm based in Aberdeen but happy to travel to the Clyde or the Forth at weekends for a regular berth.

I'm also interested in getting involved with the Round the Island Race, Cowes week, Fastnet etc. Does anybody have any contacts of people looking for ballast or training me up to race? I have some dinghy / keel boat racing experience but am keen to improve.
